Why Mill Hill East?
If I weren't obsessed with cemeteries, I would possibly be obsessed with the Tube instead, like Annie and Geoff and this guy, to whom BBC4 should definitely give a job.
Episode 2, about unfinished London ring roads is also excellent.

Capel Manor gardens
I've spent hours of my life in Capel Manor's gardens. They're particularly good for photographers because what you see one month is completely different to what you'll see the next.

Header image : London at the end of the seventeenth century
My current header image is taken from a map of London at the end of the seventeenth century. The darker shaded areas (look at Cornhill/Leadenhall Street if you can't see the difference) are those affected by the Fire.
The font, btw, is EB Garamond from Google Fonts. I'm not sure how long I'm going to live with a serif font on a screen, but for now, I love the damaged feel.
